Foundable Creator Rewards

Rights & Paid Advertising Consent

You keep copyright. This separate consent grants Foundable precisely limited organic and paid-media rights in eligible Program submissions.

2. Copyright ownership

You retain copyright ownership of your content. This Rights Consent is not a transfer of ownership and does not make content a work made for hire.

The licenses below are non-exclusive. Subject to them, you remain free to use and license your content elsewhere.

3. Twelve-month organic-use license

For each eligible submission, you grant Foundable a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license for exactly 12 calendar months beginning at the exact UTC timestamp when Foundable records the submission as eligible.

The license is limited to Foundable-owned or Foundable-controlled organic social-media accounts and websites. Within that scope, Foundable may reproduce, host, store, display, publicly perform, distribute, repost, embed, and make the ordinary format adaptations described below.

Foundable may permit its affiliates, contractors, hosting providers, social platforms, and production vendors to exercise these rights solely on Foundable's behalf and within the same scope and term. Foundable may not license the content to an unrelated brand for that brand's independent marketing.

Acceptance into the Program, access to Program resources, and the opportunity to earn Program compensation are consideration for this organic license. The license does not depend on reaching a paid view tier.

5. Identity and publicity consent

For the applicable organic or paid term and scope, you authorize Foundable to use the name, public handle, profile image, image, likeness, voice, performance, statements, and biographical elements embodied in or directly associated with the licensed submission.

You waive any right to inspect or approve each conforming placement or ordinary format edit. To the extent permitted by law, you waive moral rights or agree not to assert them against uses authorized by this Rights Consent. You release Foundable from privacy, publicity, and similar claims arising solely from authorized use.

6. Permitted edits

Foundable may make ordinary advertising-format edits, including:

  • Cropping, resizing, changing aspect ratio, shortening, or excerpting.
  • Adding accurate captions, subtitles, or translations.
  • Adjusting volume, color, resolution, or file format.
  • Replacing uncleared audio with cleared audio.
  • Adding Foundable branding, product footage, frames, end cards, calls to action, thumbnails, or accessibility features.

Foundable may not materially distort your meaning, fabricate a new endorsement, use a synthetic representation of your face or voice, or attribute a materially different claim to you without separate permission.

7. Third-party rights and clearances

You confirm that licensed content contains no third-party footage, music, images, artwork, trademarks, voice, likeness, location, or other material unless you have rights sufficient for every authorized organic and paid use. You are responsible for obtaining releases from every recognizable person whose permission is required, including a parent or legal guardian for a recognizable minor.

Platform-provided music or effects are not automatically cleared for paid advertising. Foundable may require clearance evidence, replace audio, decline to use the content, or treat the submission as ineligible when needed rights are absent.

You represent that no conflicting agreement prevents these licenses and that, during an active license, you will not grant rights that materially conflict with Foundable's authorized use.

8. Native platform authorization

Creator-handle advertising, partnership ads, or similar platform-native use may require a platform authorization code or permission. You agree to reasonably cooperate through the platform's official permission mechanism during the 90-day paid-media term, including renewing a shorter platform authorization when reasonably required to complete that term, without additional compensation.

Foundable will never request your password, MFA code, recovery code, or unrestricted account access.

9. No obligation to use; no revocation during term

Foundable is not required to use any content. Once an applicable license begins, it is irrevocable during its stated term except to the extent a non-waivable law requires otherwise. Deleting your Foundable account or original public post does not revoke an active license or invalidate lawful prior uses.

10. Expiration and wind-down

No new organic use may begin after the exact 12-month expiration. No new paid delivery may begin after the exact 90-day expiration. Foundable will instruct systems it controls to stop paid delivery by that timestamp and targets removal or archival of controlled campaign assets within five business days to complete administrative wind-down and verify platform deactivation. A platform's processing delay does not extend Foundable's right to begin new use.

Third-party caches, archives, reposts by unrelated users, and platform copies outside Foundable's control may persist. Foundable may retain nonpublic archival copies, hashes, and rights records for contract, audit, dispute, and legal purposes, but may not use those retained copies publicly after the applicable license expires.

The independent 12-month organic license may continue after the paid license ends only within its own scope and term. Any extension beyond either term requires a separate written agreement.
