Data Deletion Instructions

The fastest way to delete your Foundable account is to log in, open Account settings, go to Data & privacy, and choose Delete account. If you cannot log in, email privacy@foundable.com from the email address associated with your Foundable account and ask for account deletion.

If your request is about data shared with Foundable through a connected platform app, such as a Meta or Facebook integration, include the platform name and any app-scoped user ID, Page ID, Business ID, ad account ID, or workspace name you can see in that platform. We will use that information only to find and process the deletion request.

If your Checkout or receipt says "Sold through Link," Stripe and Sold through Link, LLC handle the transaction and related order-management data under their own privacy terms. You can request deletion of your Link account and Sold through Link information through the Link Privacy Center.

A verified Link deletion request cancels active subscriptions sold through Link and deletes the Link and Stripe transaction objects covered by that request. It does not delete your Foundable account or information Foundable independently keeps under our Privacy Policy. To delete both sets of data, complete both the Link request and the Foundable account-deletion request described above.

Conversely, deleting your Foundable account stops Foundable access and cancels the associated subscription, but does not necessarily delete your separate Link account or all information Link must keep. Use Link's privacy controls if you also want Link to process a deletion request.

When scheduled cleanup completes, we delete or de-identify eligible personal information tied to your operator account. Solely owned foundables are queued for deletion; if another owner remains, the shared foundable and its content survive and your membership is removed.

Integration credentials stored only in a solely owned foundable are removed when that foundable's provider and database cleanup completes. Credentials and Customer Content belonging to a shared foundable remain available to its remaining members.

We delete or de-identify local billing contact and transaction data where legally available. We may retain limited purchase, policy-acceptance, accounting, tax, fraud, and dispute evidence for the periods described in our Privacy Policy. Those retained records are not used to keep a deleted account active.

For Foundable Ads, we remove the credentials and local campaign records we control. Advertising providers may keep delivery, billing, audit, or policy records under their own terms. To delete data held directly by an advertising provider, use that provider's account or privacy controls.

Account deletion disables access immediately and starts a 30-day recovery window. During that window you may contact us to request restoration. When the window closes, permanent deletion begins for eligible account data and solely owned foundables. Provider-held copies, financial records, and legally retained records follow their applicable provider or legal schedules. Backups expire under the provider-configured rotation described in our Privacy Policy.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute handling, advertising-provider audits, or legal compliance.

We may ask you to verify control of the email address or account before processing a deletion request. For requests submitted by email, we respond by email with intake or completion information. Self-service deletion returns you to the signed-out product flow and does not itself promise a separate completion email.
