Refund & Dispute Policy
Effective and last updated: August 6, 2026
What you can get refunded, what you can't, and how to sort out a charge you think is wrong, in plain language.
1. The short version
We want you to pay only for what you meant to buy. If a charge looks wrong, email support@foundable.com. We'll fix mistakes and review fair refund requests promptly. Nothing here limits a stronger right you have under applicable law.
For a purchase identified as "Sold through Link," Sold through Link, LLC charges and collects payment as merchant of record under its purchase terms. Its refund rules may cover qualifying requests made within 60 days and control where they are more favorable than this policy.
2. Your Foundable subscription
The Foundable plan is billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plans & credit usage → Manage billing. Cancel before a three-day paid-plan trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Your plan stays active through the period already paid for.
- You won't be charged again after cancellation.
- We generally don't prorate or refund the current paid period.
If a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made after a cancellation should have taken effect, contact us promptly and we'll investigate. Deleting your account ends access immediately and is not a substitute for canceling at the end of a paid period.
3. Historical purchased credits
Foundable no longer offers new general-purpose credit packs. Existing purchases keep their original Checkout terms and remain separately tracked while the account is open. Credits are generally non-refundable once added because they can be spent immediately.
If credits failed to apply, were charged twice, or clearly did not work as described, email us. Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash, but we'll honor any stronger right required by law.
4. Domains, ads, and other third-party purchases
Some purchases use Foundable credits and are fulfilled by another provider. Domain registrations are final once registered. Credits committed to delivered advertising or other completed third-party work cannot be recovered. We show the credit cost before you confirm.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@foundable.com from the email on your account. Include the charge or credit-spend date, amount, purchase type, and a short explanation of what went wrong.
We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your financial institution controls when the credit appears.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact us first if you don't recognize a charge or think it is wrong. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We may pause new paid work while a dispute is open, but we don't penalize good-faith disputes.
A charge may appear on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* FOUNDABLEor a similar descriptor. If you're unsure, email us before disputing it.
7. Your rights under the law
Depending on where you live, you may have mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, withdrawal, or refund rights. This policy does not limit those rights. Where applicable law gives you more protection, the law wins.
8. Taxes on refunds
When required, an approved refund includes the tax paid on the refunded amount. Questions about your own business taxes are for your tax advisor. See our Terms of Service for the full fee and tax language.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or pricing changes. The date above identifies the current version. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing customers, as required. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
