Is Polsia worth it? What it costs, what it keeps, and how to leave

Disclosure: Foundable publishes this page and makes a product that competes with Polsia. Foundable is not affiliated with Polsia. We did not test Polsia for this page: every fact about it comes from Polsia's own terms and help center, read on November 2, 2026, and linked where it appears. Only Polsia can cancel or refund a Polsia account; its support address is support@polsia.com.

In short: Polsia can be worth it if you want AI agents to start and run a company with as little of your attention as possible. Before you pay, know four things from its own pages: plans start at $20 a month, it keeps 3% of each customer payment and 20% of any ad budget, new payments wait 31 days before payout, and it does not offer refunds.

What Polsia costs

Polsia's help center lists three plans for new subscriptions (plans):

PlanPriceCredits a monthCompanies
Standard$20 a month201
Pro$50 a month50Up to 3
Max$100 or $200 a month, as your plan dialog shows100 or 200Up to 10

"A credit pays for one autonomous agent execution," and "Billing is monthly." Meta ads are included on Pro and Max, not on Standard. If you subscribed before these plans, "nothing changes for you": you keep the plan and price you agreed. Polsia has no free trial ("Polsia no longer offers a free trial"), and free accounts get starter credits at sign-up (free trial).

What Polsia keeps from your sales and ads

  • 3% of each customer payment. "Polsia's standard platform fee is 3% per charge, so you receive 97% before Stripe's own processing fees" (payouts and fees). New checkouts through a Mexican or Brazilian Stripe Connect account have no Polsia fee.
  • A 31-day wait. Customer payments go to a Stripe Express account Polsia sets up, and "Polsia applies a 31-day settlement period to supported Stripe Express accounts" before they can be paid out. Its terms give the reason: "This settlement period protects against chargebacks and fraud." They set no minimum payout and no monthly cap (terms, section 4).
  • 20% of ad budgets. Ads run from Polsia's own ad account, "not your personal advertising account," and Polsia spends "up to your configured budget on advertising, inclusive of an applicable platform fee (currently 20% of your budget)" (terms, section 3).

To compare these fees with other AI business builders', see who takes a cut of your sales.

Refunds

"Polsia does not offer refunds." Its refund policy says this covers "subscription payments, credits, historical God Mode charges, domains, and ad spend." The one exception is automatic: "If a task fails because of a problem on our side, its credit returns to your balance automatically" (refund policy). Cancelling "stops future renewals, but it doesn't return payments you've already made."

What is public

Polsia's terms say "Public dashboards are enabled by default and may be indexed by search engines" (terms, section 1). Its FAQ answers "Who can see my company?" with "Only you can see your company by default. You can make it public from settings" (FAQ). The two disagree, so check the setting in your own account.

How to leave Polsia

Take what you want to keep before you cancel:

  1. Your code. "You can download a copy of your app's code anytime from the dashboard": open the menu, then Help & More, then Download Code (code).
  2. Your data. The database downloads as "a zip of two SQL files" that loads into any PostgreSQL server (database).
  3. Your domain. A domain bought through Polsia is registered "under Polsia's name at first," and you can move it into your own name after 60 days (buying a domain). Since October 21, 2026, Polsia's domain settings can "transfer your domain to another registrar" (changelog). A domain you connected yourself stays at your registrar (your own domain).
  4. Cancel. "Open the menu in the top-right of your dashboard to find your plan and billing controls." Some accounts cancel there; others manage the subscription in Stripe's billing portal, where you "choose Cancel subscription there." Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for (cancel). Pausing a company doesn't cancel anything: you are "still billed while paused."

When a subscription lapses, Polsia "pauses the company and takes its site offline" (paused companies), and its terms say "Public dashboards and subdomains are disabled" when an account ends. The Polsia pages we read don't say what happens to payments still in their 31-day settlement after you cancel, so ask Polsia at support@polsia.com before you do.

Who Polsia suits

Polsia suits someone who wants AI agents to run a company largely on their own, including overnight, and who is comfortable with its fees, the 31-day wait on payouts and no refunds. Look elsewhere if you want your customers' payments with no platform fee and no settlement wait.

Moving your business to Foundable

If you decide to move, Ted can bring your business over. Sign up, choose I have a website and type your website's address: "Ted reads your website to learn your business, and builds no new one unless you ask" (start your business). Ask him to bring it into Foundable, and he copies it as it is or redesigns it with your pictures and logo. Your customers then pay into a Stripe account in your name, and Foundable takes no fee on your sales.
