Is Foundable legit?
- Published
Yes. Foundable is developed and operated by Autono Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation founded in April 2026 and headquartered in San Francisco. Payments from your customers go directly to a Stripe account in your name, paid plans can be canceled at any time, and Foundable's terms, refund policy and security practices are published in full. The answers below cover the questions people most often ask before signing up, each linked to the page where it is documented.
Who owns and operates Foundable?
Foundable is a product of Autono Labs, Inc. Its AI employee, Ted, builds your business's website, sets up payments through your own Stripe account, writes your posts and emails and, through Run, works on the business in the background, with every action recorded for you to see.
Its terms, privacy policy and other policies, including the address for legal notices, are collected under Legal & Policies.
The Foundable team answers support requests at support@foundable.com. More than 5,000 people belong to the Foundable Discord community. Current service health is published on the status page, and product changes on the changelog.
Is Foundable affiliated with Found, Fundable or FoundableAI?
No. Foundable operates at foundable.com and is not affiliated with Found, Fundable, Findable or FoundableAI.com, which appear in some searches for its name. Websites built with Foundable are published at a foundable.app address or on the owner's own domain.
How much does Foundable cost?
Foundable offers a Free plan with daily credits. Paid plans include more credits and let Ted work on his own in Run. Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
Credits pay for the work Ted performs, such as building a page, drafting a reply or designing a logo. Settings shows the credits each task used.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a paid plan in Settings, under Plans & credit usage. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made.
If a charge is incorrect, duplicated or made after you canceled, write to support@foundable.com and it will be corrected. Refund terms are set out in the Refund & Dispute Policy and the pricing page, and account deletion explains what is removed when you close an account.
Where do my customers' payments go?
Directly to a Stripe account in your name. Foundable is not the seller, takes no fee on your sales and never holds your Stripe password or keys. Disconnecting Stripe ends Foundable's access.
Does Ted act without my approval?
Not by default. Emails, posts and website changes wait for your approval. On a paid plan, you can switch Run to On its own, in which Ted sends emails and posts and publishes website changes himself. Website changes can be undone, and you can stop a run at any time. Ask first or On its own explains both modes. Every action Ted takes is recorded, so you can review what he did and why.
What are Ted's limitations?
- No guaranteed results. Ted builds the website, handles outreach and writes posts. Whether customers buy depends on the idea, the offer and the market, and Foundable does not guarantee sales.
- Ted can make mistakes. Ted is an AI system. For that reason, outgoing work waits for your approval by default, and Build keeps every version of your website.
- Connected accounts only. Ted posts to your social accounts and takes payments only after you connect them, and disconnecting an account ends his access.
The AI disclosure explains in more detail what Ted is, what he can and cannot do, and how to check his work.
How is my data protected?
Your chats, drafts and files are visible only to your account and the people you invite; your website becomes public when you publish it. Foundable does not train AI on your content, and the AI companies behind Ted's replies and Build's websites do not train on it either, under their business agreements. The Security page describes these protections in detail.
How do I report a problem?
- Misuse of Foundable or of a website built with it: abuse@foundable.com. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what Foundable may not be used for.
- A security vulnerability: security@foundable.com, as described in the responsible disclosure policy.
- Anything else: support@foundable.com.
